Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting into Netverta’s mobile messaging service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

Netverta may send text messages (SMS/MMS) for various purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment Reminders: Notifications regarding scheduled consultations or IT audits.

  • Service Updates: Important alerts regarding your network or security services.

  • Customer Support: Direct communication to resolve technical inquiries.

  • General Information: Updates on new IT forensic strategies or firm news.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You can expect to receive up to [4] messages per month for general updates, plus any direct correspondence related to active support tickets.

3. Cost

Netverta does not charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. Supported Carriers

Our messages are deliverable to all major US mobile carriers. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out (How to Cancel)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected]

7. Privacy

Your data is protected. Use of this service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

This campaign sends SMS notifications, alerts & occasional marketing communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
