Are all phone features included in the cost?

= Account-wide phone activity reports and analytics are available for many of our products across Netverta's Cloud Platform. Phone reports and phone analytics are also available with contact centers , business application integrations , and call recording services. For easy access, detailed phone reports and phone analytics can be accessed any time from our web portal.

What types of analytics and reporting does your system offer?

= Yes, in most cases Netverta will be able to transfer your phone numbers (including toll-free number) to your Netverta Cloud phone system. Porting both your normal business numbers and toll-free numbers to Netverta may take up to 20 business days providing your account is in good standing with your current carrier, but it can be completed without any service interruptions. During that time, we will provide you with a temporary number. If your phone numbers are available to transfer, there is no charge to bring them with you when you switch your service.

Will I be able to keep my existing phone number(s)?

= Yes, this is part of our standard features which includes voice and video collaboration as well as team messaging. It's accessible via desktop or mobile app, or web browser.

Does Netverta support web, video and audio conferencing?

= Yes, our term options are very flexible and we do offer month-to-month terms for businesses. Some conditions will apply.

Does Netverta offer Month-to-Month service contracts?

= Yes, our mobile app fully integrates with your phone system when you're working remotely or on the go. After you purchase, Netverta Cloud customers can download our app and start using our robust calling features right away.

= With proper planning and coordination, we take every precaution possible to ensure porting your phone numbers from your current provider and transitioning to Netverta is smooth and seamless.

Will my current phone system be interrupted if I switch to Netverta?

Do I need a physical desk phone for Netverta service?

= No, you don’t need a desk phone. Netverta's mobile app lets you make and receive calls on your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone, and you can even purchase a mobile-only plan if you like. . The service works just like a desk phone and many customers use it before their desk phones arrive to start calling within hours of purchasing their service. Online portals let you access your account, manage settings, change features and more from anywhere you have internet.

Can I administer the system on my own?

= Yes, and our administration portal is easy to use. Our phone systems are scalable and allow you to add and subtract a business extension based on your business needs. Adding a new extensions is very easy. In fact, you can add new extensions yourself via the Admin Portal, or you can contact our technical support to do it for you. Also, there are NO CHARGES with new setups.

Are the physical phones included with Netverta's service?

= Business phones, system hardware and accessories are not directly included with service. However, we work diligently with all customers on pricing and contract terms to minimize costs. In many cases, our first option is to determine if your existing hardware is compatible for use.

= Each implementation is case-by-case and depending on the size of the deployment. We take great care in the project planning phase to ensure a seamless transition. A typical deployment can take 30 to 90 days which considers number porting, configuration, installation and training.
